"You can change what you do, but you can't change what you want"...whew. Amen to that.
This reminds me of something else you posted on another platform...texts I didn't send: "Do you still think of me?". Man that hits hard. I wonder that at times (becoming fewer and farther between thankfully). But whenever I hear that phrase in a song (and I hear it A LOT in different songs), it makes the song even more relatable. Are we flawed because we still crave what we can't have (or doesn't want you?) or are we stronger because we continue forward, despite our perceived "flaws"? I'm going with the latter.
